  • Please do not be alarmed by the Terms and Conditions and there complexity! In business we have to make sure that not only we protect BBC as a small business, but we have the best interest of your pet while boarding with us as a priority. Our aim is simple to provide the best possible care for your pet and give you peace of mind while you are away from your loved one/s. They will be spoiled, pampered, fed, watered, exercised, groomed and have many photo’s taken of them which can be viewed on our Facebook page on the link above. Please enjoy your break away the only problem might your pet might enjoy it too much at BBC……………….

  • Unless agreed payment terms by the proprietor we require a deposit payment of 25% of the total booking with a minimum deposit of £20, balance on arrival. This is due to last minute cancellations and lost bookings during our extremely busy periods i.e. school and public holidays. Bookings are provisional until BBC has received a deposit payment or alternative arrangements have been made. BBC reserves the right to cancel your provisional booking within 48hrs from the initial booking.  Deposits are only refundable on cancellation of your booking 2 months prior to your pet’s arrival.

  • If you wish to extend your pets stay with BBC please inform us ASAP to make arrangements. You are liable for the daily cost as agreed on your registration form which is payable prior to or on collection of your pet.  If you wish to collect your pet earlier than stated on your registration form BBC is not liable for any reimbursement of boarding fees.

  • All animals boarding with BBC must, to the best of your knowledge be in good health and all medical conditions disclosed to us for the benefit of your pet(s). Also you have disclosed if your pet has any signs of long or short term illness or is pregnant on the signed registration form.

  • For rabbits, it is advisable that your rabbit has had their RVHD1 and the optional RVHD2. First time vaccinations should be done at least 28 days prior to boarding. This is not compulsory, but offers any protection against other boarders. Please do not hesitate to ask for the up to date and best treatment for your rabbit.

  • Should your pet(s) become ill and require medical treatment whilst boarding with BBC, we will endeavor to keep you fully informed via your emergency contact details. Once contacted and on your instruction only we will arrange treatment with your regular veterinary practice. If you are not registered with a vet and on your instructions only, you would like to have treatment for your pet we will use BBC’s registered veterinary practice.  BBC do not charge for the time and transportation to the vets, but you will be required to pay for all veterinary fees or insurance excess when collecting your pet(s).

  • BBC reserve the right to refuse to accept any pet(s) that may, in our mind, shows any signs of illness or injury. This is to safeguard any other boarders.

  • BBC will not be held responsible for any fights between bonded animals housed together. If we see signs of fighting we reserve the right to separate the pair and the owner is liable for the additional charge for separate accommodation/provisions. You will be contacted via your emergency contact details if this occurs.

  • Owners must be aware that boarding can be a stressful period for some small animals and BBC will take every care to ensure that your pet’s stay is as stress free as possible. Whilst BBC will take absolutely every precaution to fully care for and protect your pet(s) BBC cannot be held responsible and will accept no liability for any illness, injury or the death during their stay. In the very unlikely event of your pet passing BBC will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes.

  • Should your pet be unclaimed at the end of the agreed boarding period, whilst BBC will make every endeavour to contact you, BBC reserve the right to actively seek to re-home your pet after one week from the agreed collection date. If you cannot collect your pet on the date agreed prior, please contact us ASAP to inform us of the same.

  • BBC supply quality pet food and fresh greens daily abiding by the dietary requirements as per your instructions on your completed registration form. BBC provide fresh hay daily, however BBC are not liable for any fleas or mites that may be present in the hay or bedding. BBC does the utmost to prevent this problem by using fly strike and grooming during their stay.

  • Please be fully aware that no licensing laws or regulations currently exist in respect of boarding small animals and as such all animals are left entirely at their owner's risk.
